Everyone seems to be talking and writing about new year resolutions. Especially at this time of a year after the Christmas insatiable overeating and gluttony. I personally believe and stand for the idea, telling that If you want to change something don't wait until the new year. Begin anytime. Begin now. And take it seriously.
'Make the decision, and then, make it right.'
A lot of New year resolutions are about loosing weight, lifestyle changes, eating habits, sports and exercises etc. I want to share with you my simple new year resolution - commitment with myself which I already had in October 2012.

After returning from USA, where I worked last summer of 2012 and spend 4 months, I brought a lot of memories, experience and however not really pleasant, a few pounds extra. Environment change, bad eating habits did their own work. Even though I was on the move every day, it wasn't quite that kind of movement that would help my body to stay in the shape. I am volleyball player and I take care of my body as well. Game and playing regularly helps me to stay in shape and no to get overweight. So to sum it up, while I was in USA, the sport was not part of my every day routine.
Candies and Sweet food.
Have you ever heard about American cookies or brownies? A lot of people who ever been to USA remember and have really sweet memories full of cookies and brownies. I had to try them. But unfortunately, from just trying them I become addicted. Sweeties! They were indeed a decent part of my sudden weight gain.
Fast food Everywhere around.
The big part of American eating habits are fast food restaurants. And how great they were! If you really plan to visit USA and you don't want to gain weight easily, then I do really recommend you to avoid junk food and fast food at all! And additionally, if you will try it even though, you will suddenly end up eating it and you succumb. Just like I did. The most interesting for Europeans was Taco Bell. My dedicated friend told me about it after couple of days in California. Thanks to exceptionally great taste and, for me personally, unknown and tasty food just like for many Europeans as well. It ended up being one of my favourite places to visit during our free days.
All you can eat.
If you are not one of those with strong will, I would suggest you to avoid All You Can Eat Restaurants at all. In my gluttony I didn't eat just single plate of food - but rather than one I had four of them! Such a great food there was! Yuk! I know. But I just wanted to try everything. We probably live only once and you can't shift your time, to do something differently. Or to do it again.

To sum it up, after 4 months we had some time to travel around USA. At last! After all of the hard work, we made a lot of fun pictures from around the United States. Every time I look on my pictures, I can't believe that it was me! How it all happened, and how come that I gain weight so easily? Slow and almost invisible process of gaining weight was at the end. With unpleasant results of course.
Imagine. About half of your clothes do not fit. I had almost no clothes to wear back home! I could fit only one of my jeans and on the volleyball ground I couldn't even move! I was crawling. So now you might see how I felt. I have decided to do important steps in order to get my sports body back, loose some pounds and get some confidence.
When I am looking back at those times in USA, I have created my bad habits really fast. And just like Peter says in his article Hello, it´s me, your Habit "Good habits are hard to make, and easy to break. Bad habits are easy to make and hard to break." It was the best time to end up with my bad habits and build new, so called, good habits.
The right diet was all I needed and How I lost 15 pounds in two months.
I've bet on the diet in a box and started to exercise. I was eating Highly Concentrated Raspberry Ketones
before every main meal two times a day, smaller and more often portions and lot of movement started to work soon. I started to loose my weight. I have removed from my eating habits things such as: sweet drinks, sugar in a tea or coffee. I was eating 5 times a day and portions were smaller than I was used to. My daily menu was full of vegetables, fruit and water. Sometimes we went to the gym with Peter and we played squash. We also went on ice blades or for a short run. And thankfully, I started to play volleyball again.
After the first week if the right diet, not only me,

The diet in a box was the matter of one month. But I am now trying to keep the eating habits. I try to follow them every day. I can also wear my clothes again! While playing volleyball I am faster, I jump higher and lightly. I have returned my confidence and better feeling from myself, which were lost in my gained weight from the summer.
At the moment, I am still more than sure that I have a lot of things I can improve. And I believe that following newly learned rules will be in my favor. My goal is to get shape from the summer of 2011, when I spend my whole summer in Croatia as an instructor of Windsurfing.
So just like with every life decision, you also need the people around and their support to help you out. This way I would like to say thank to my mum and to Peter for their everyday support and motivation in the process of loosing my 15 pounds in two months.
