Employee vs. Entrepreneurs and Self-employments | Who works more and why?

It was Friday, 4:30 pm and my phone was ringing. An unknown number. Try to guess who was calling? Who can call at this time? Employee? No. Who is working almost nonstop and take care about their business at most? Entrepreneurs and self-employment. In this specific case it was representative of financial company with a job offer.

This started the process of thinking in my mind how hard you have to or you want to work in specific positions. My family members and also a lot of my friends are entrepreneurs or self employments. 


My friend told me at the weekend. I am so glad to be employee. I can have a rest after my work´s hours are done. That´s it. The entrepreneurs and self employment are very often at work all day long. They are working at work, at home, on holiday, while commuting to work, at the party (because of networking) etc. I don´t say that they don´t have a rest or that all entrepreneurs and self employments are workaholics. But there are a lot of reasons why they just think little bit different than employees.

They have few reasons why they think this way. 
Firstly - They have a passion for their job. Passion stands often in the beginning of their business and drives them forward. 
Secondly - Their only money stems from their performance. If they don´t earn enough, no one else will do it for them
Thirdly - Entrepreneurs have a responsibility not only for himself but also for his team, for his employees. One bad decision means no money for him PLUS no money for people who depend on him.



Friend of mine, self employment woman, told me:

"I enjoy the work. That´s why I am able to work until two in the morning."

She also added that sometimes she has too much orders that she just has to do it. And she has no one to delegate as well. 


When I was working in California last summer, I met a lot of people working from home.
Question occurred to me


"Is it good to work from home or not? Is it useful or not? "

On the one hand, you're constantly at work, even if you end up working hours and you move from the office to the other rooms, you still have a chance to be in the office in a minute again to continue working or to start something new.

On the other hand, if you think of a brilliant idea after work or you something urgent has to be solved, you can react very quickly. And you do not have to go anywhere far for lunch. In your pause you can cook yourself in your kitchen.


But another question arises: "Does home environment help procrastination?"

And second one is: "How do you relax at home after you are done with work(at home)?"

21 How I keep my weight Tips

I was never kind of person who was concerned about the fact that I must lose weight. In fact I recently realised that there is couple of things I do in my life differently than others so I decided to share it with you.

In general I think the list of these 21 tips How I keep my weight is something What will help you loose weight or at least keep weight where you want to keep it.

First of all...

I was never concerned about any best way to get skinny. I just don't believe to any of those methods, diets or machines to make you slim and pills that promise you that you can loose weight eating them. 

Stop being foolish. Some of the super fast I must lose weight ways will help you to loose some weight, but in long term you will need them again. There is only one thing that will help you to keep it. It's called habits.

You can do anything with great habits. Long term weight loss is more in your habits that you maintain and create, instead of pills you eat or trainings and procedures that you attend.

So once again, long term weight loss is just matter of habits that you create! Here are some of mine:


I keep my weight on the road as well

Here is the list of 21 tips How I keep my weight:

  • 1 Drink little water before main food - this requires discipline. It warms up digestion;


  • 3 Black tea or coffee is not so bad, because it keeps my digestion level fast;

  • 4 Take the stairs rather than elevator;

  • 5 Be enthusiastic about life, that gives energy and helps your digestion as well;

  • 6 Eat properly 5 times a day or have at least 1-2 hours break between portions;

  • 7 Eat Less in the afternoon. If you like to eat, eat a lot in the morning;

  • 8 Drink water at night - have cup with you next to bed;

  • 9 When you wake up drink a glass of water with a slice of lime or lemon;

  • 10 Switch white flour products for cereal products or wholegrain (bread is crucial)

  • 11 Reduce amount of bad sugars, in cup of tea or coffee but I drink a lot of (unsweetened) tea

  • 12 Avoid eating at night at all - and reduce alcohol you drink. This is crucial step to keep weight;

  • 13 Walk your dog every day;

  • 14 I hate running in the morning, so I run in the afternoon;

  • 15 Have sex;

  • 16 Exercise at least a little - at least 5 minutes a day or in 2 days (abdominal, push ups, squats..);

  • 17 Be mentally positive and keep good relationships with people;

  • 18 Have an apple a day;

  • 19 Fun fact is to laugh a lot - laughter massages internal organs while improving digestion;

  • 20 I eat 1 multivitamin pill every single day in the morning after the breakfast;

  • 21 Do not overeat yourself, it's better to get just satisfied by food and get used to it;


I put all of them together. It is only and one way that works for me and my friends as well.

What is the Meaning of Karma? | How I live it?

Don't try to look for exact definition of Karma or the meaning of Karma.

You might end up searching for different ideas or the whole different meanings.

According to my little research, Harvard.edu page explained theoretical meaning of What is the meaning of Karma. I think it would be enough for everyone searching for the meaning of Karma and there is no more to learn.

But what If you want to know more about it? 
The true meaning of Karma! In general, it comes from ancient India from the language called: Sanskrt.

When you stay patient and set your ears to the listening mode and your eyes for watching, then you might spot someday someone talking about The Buddhist teaching, Karma, Theories about having more than one life, and so on. It has became uprising trend in European countries as well as in the USA recently. Are you the person catching up this trend (From Google Trends since 2004) ?

Don't let anyone to influence your opinion or belief by their own understandings or misunderstanding of any concept. Everyone might have different.

I (maybe) understand Karma totally different than many people around. And do you know what? It works and It's great part of my life.

If you are searching the Internet for the meaning of karma, then here is inspiration (how I understand it) that might give an idea.

How I understand it and What is the true Meaning of Karma
The first rule is, that I don't have any rules.

I live my life in believe that everything what happens to me, has some kind of reason. I just simply call it Karma! If something bad happens to me, then it just came back to me. What I mean by "It just came back" to me? I might did something wrong one day, then karma is always around and every action attracts it. Whether it's good, or bad.

This is what I call the meaning of karma, and I don't care for anything else. It goes in circles around you every day. It hits you or it helps you semohow - and then you call yourself Lucky! I'm Lucky today! Haha

Let me tell you a little story about how it might work.

I had this accident at the main station in Bratislava (Capital of Slovakia) With Homeless people:

In about 15 minutes I had exactly 4 homeless people coming to me, asking for some money, cigarettes, alcohol or my clothes. I was surrounded by many regular people and I felt that nothing bad could happen at all. So I just had fun talking to them and asking them funny questions. I wasn't scared, I was patient and confident.

But suddenly, the one homeless guy came with Vodka in his hands and asked me to drink it! - so offensively, that my confidence went immediately down and turned my funny joking mode in to fighting mode. I was ready to slap him or to defend myself in just 3 seconds, while all other people were around walking in and out from the station.

If he would touched me, I would act.

Then the second one (homeless guy) came to us, and he came closer and I was surrounded by 2 of them.

In fact, I was more than sure that I'm going to fight in a second.

Then suddenly! Something happened - Huge massive arm hit the guy to the right to me, and he came down just like pile of... And the other huge hand touched the second man in front of me by the neck really tightly - so tightly, that I can't forget his face in front of me throttling and looking to my eyes.

They were 2 Police officers protecting me and helping me to get rid of those stinky homeless alcoholics.

Almost like in the movie, real action just few steps in front of me.

 I just smiled and waved thankfully at the officer and while fighting homeless guy, he waved back!

And I said to myself, (what a wonderful world.. ) that I was more than sure that nothing wrong will happen to me. I am under protection of my positive Karma. It came back to me at the right time!

New Prague Fitness Center | Fitness For Free!

Spring is coming, birds are tripping and everyone is running trying to loose some weight. After the freezing cold winter and overeating that came after the christmas is gone!

It's time to loose some weight.

I am keen runner. I love to run, especially when it's beautiful outside. And here is how can you loose some weight pretty fast.

Many of my friends were asking me how come that I have such a nice well built body and I don't even go to fitness center. What I usually answer them is: 

"There is couple of ways how can you do it as well"

They always ask me: "How?"

So I'm going to answer once for all.

Here in Prague, and I believe in other cities and towns around the world is many 'fitness centres' just like this one that we have here. It's based on Vyšehrad in Prague. This is such an amazing new Prague fitness center and it's totally for free. You'll get fresh air and the chance to do Circuit training on the fresh air! That's where I do my training.

This is how the New Prague Fitness Center looks like.

Here is how you can loose some weight there:

1. Find your park (or anything same) where you can do fitness for free. Benches, Jungle gym, or anything where you can do some training with your own bodyweight. In Prague (so far) I know about Vyšehrad and Havlíčkovy sady. There are 2 parks with these fitness machines that you can workout and loose weight.

2. Run there from where you live. If like running then it's the best way to get Circuit power training and weightlifting with running at once. Run there, workout, run back home for awesome hot shower.

3. Do it constantly and don't forget to move a lot every day in order to loose some weight.

Good healthy food to stay fit | THIS Will make your life better and help you stay fit!

Have you ever wonder why young Europeans in general look so skinny and well these days?

In this article, I'm going to show you simple way, how to loose weight just by little change in ingredients that you add in to your food every single day!

Healthy food to stay fit

Rather than looking at financial crisis side of the reason Why we look so good, look at our Healthy eating habits that we have! Good Healthy Food that we eat every day isn't any rule, but in overall it is true that we are used to eat more rationally especially in the central fast growing Europe. This is considered mostly for young Generation Y.

By rational eating I don't mean food such as Celery, Ginger, Tusk or Cabbage with Cucumbers or Carrot for Parrot. I mean food, that is well-prepared from the kitchen and from Fresh ingredients which I call: Food Made at Home!

Healthy eating habits

I was astonished when I was in USA about the whole topic of Good healthy food - of course there is a lot of people who stick to healthy eating habits - but being hard working person, living in California often means that you have very little time for cooking and making your own food at home! Just like we do in Europe.

Is this The reason why are we look so good ? Maybe not.

Healthy eating habits became for me the thing I wasn't able to focus on while working hard abroad, just like many of my friends did and many people I met. And of course, how can you do it while working hard? How can you cook 3 times a day and work 13 hours a day? It's almost impossible. But rather than trying to focus on what type of food you eat, cook or bake - take a look at this small list of ingredients to be aware of, while choosing your healthy food diet. What I always do is that I try to choose food that has very little of them.

Be aware of Eating too much of these following ingredients:
  • Sugar
  • White flour
  • Carbohydrates
  • Salt and a lot of dying fabric
  • A lot of black pepper and spice
  • Fat and fat meat

Generally in US - Comparing to Europe, Food I was exposed to and Food that I ate, had much more of these following ingredients. It contained big amount of salt and sugar! This massive amount is not good for your healthy diet and health in overall.

I was used to food that doesn't have such strong flavour that sugar and salt gives. It's tastier of course when it has them. More salt, more sugar and white flour. It's So tasty! But sadly, while some of these ingredients make food more tastier and more enjoyable - on the other hand they are killing you and making you fat much more than you think. So good healthy food should contain very little of it or at least minimum of it!

Sugar and my Health eating plan
Let's talk about this sweet ingredient called - Sugar (just like I found in this article) Sugar has many health risks. It causes many problems just like chronic diseases, hart disease, cancer or 2 types of diabetes. 

So what I simply did, is that I have tried to minimize amount of sugar I was used to eat!

Of course it is important source of energy and massive amount of energy comes from it as well. But there are also substitutes that you might not be aware of. It's called Fructose. Fructose should be part of your Health eating plan and is just great and healthy substitute of sugar!

Take a look at the picture below. 

Sweetness of sugars and sweeteners
The sugar that most of us are used to, is called glucose. The unhealthy one. But the fructose which is not as 'bad' as glucose is even sweeter! Voila. Good healthy food should contain more fructose than glucose and fructose that is in general main part of my Health eating plan. And it's simple. 
Food that contains significant amount of fructose is:
  • Apple
  • Apricot
  • Banana
  • Fig (but dried)
  • Grapes
  • Peach
  • Pear
  • Plum
  • Pineapple
  • Carrot
  • Corn
.. Fruit as you can see! That's why it's called Fructose - The name Comes from Fruit because it's sugar that comes from fruits and vegetable as well.

But you can't always eat fruit, or artificial fructose sugar pills right?

So just try to minimize amount of sugar called glucose (the normal sugar) and you will feel better - It helps you to weight loss, healthful eating, and you will feel that you have much more healthy eating habits.  And you won't even feel better, but you will look better as well! Isn't it great?

Coffee and my Health Eating plan
Have you heard that too much coffee is unhealthy? Most of us sweet coffee too much using Vanilla Sweetener or a loads of sugar. Drinking too much sweetened coffee is unhealthy. But having 3 cups of coffee with no (or little) sugar and no milk is healthier so you can drink even more of this magical black drink that gives us energy! Even Jane got used to unsweetened and un-milked coffee and she hated it at first!

How to do it and how I did it - Because it makes you fit
The way you will do this, is simple. Learn how to drink coffee without sugar. Drink tea without sugar or with at least of minimum but brown sugar! If you want to eat something sweet, eat something with fructose but not glucose. Substitute chocolate with fruit or at least have a very little of it but in the first half of a day.

Fructose
It also has health benefits. Do not eat a lot of syrup with pancakes, or just eat couple of them in the morning. Eat sugar mostly on breakfast, try to eat none of it in the afternoon! And in general, minimize amount of glucose and fructose as well - in the afternoon! That's because it takes a lot of time to digest and when you sleep, your body is putting it in to reserves called FAT!

This is how Fat looks like
When you do not workout or loose more energy than you get from sugar (and there is a lot of it) you will create fat! Eat it of course because your body needs it. But do not overeat yourself with pancakes, Coke, McDonald's, McFlurry or oatmeal or whatever that is sweet - especially in the evening. It is better to eat it in the morning rather than in the evening. Sometimes Good healthy food is not the most important but timing and schedule in eating is better to focus at.

Are you scared of what you do? Do you feel uncertain of your goals or do you feel that you are misunderstood? Tell everyone how you admire them. Just like that. Be proud of what you do!



3 Nothing will stop you when you will overcome yourself.
Overcoming our emotions is sometimes hardest thing to do. If you need motivation, this will inspire you more than enough to do something. Watch! Watch!




4. Remember
Word Emotion begins with word Motion. It's just letter E that creates Emotion. With enough of motion your emotions will be on the top. More motion, more emotion.



And remember to appreciate all others, have small goals and Now! If you still need motivation, play this song, epic music that will not even start your heart beating, but also makes your brain work. It's scientifically proven that classical music supports creativity and inspiration.

How To Follow Your Passion | Because I Follow My Passion

Before reading this article, make sure you know all about my research that I made about passion in the article: How can I find my passion. After you are sure that you know what Your Passion is, then you might continue here. In this article, I expect that you already know what your passion is.

How to follow your passion

I know what my passion is. It's trading Stocks and I'm doing it every day. Day by day and step by step until I reach the level I might start my own personal account and trade sharply. But It's not easy to follow.

This is how I follow my passion
I was lucky enough that I found out what my passion is at the High school - 7 years ago. Back then - When I was Googling How to make money online, I had no idea I will Find My Passion. I found this brilliant website about Forex trading called Babypips and started to read it. It was 7 years ago. These days are gone and now I started to follow it every single day.

Everyone was telling me, that I'm lucky I know what I love - and I do it! Well, not that lucky as you might think. When you know what you love, you need to learn How To Follow Your Passion. Failure is not going to stop you because you enjoy the process. But it's hard. It was even hard to find it. 

Why and How I found My Passion
I was born in a good and wealthy family but my dad never gave me a penny! I was so desperate! I just wanted to go out with my girlfriend for an Ice Cream and I wanted to pay for it as a young gentleman. I was 15 ! No one (dad or mum) gave me a cent to do so. So I started to look for the way - to make money online - or the any other ways (such as grandma :-)). And I found it. Ended up learning about trading stocks instead going for an ice cream. There it is. My passion was born from bad situation I was not only once but my whole life.

Follow your passion whatever it is

True story about How to follow your passion.
Most of the passions are coming from people's heart. Most of the passions fall in the same basket of things that will hardly make you any money in the beginning as you can probably tell. Just like being photographer, writer, blogger, trader, journalist, painter, dancer or singer or even rapper. Whatever it is, it's hard to keep up with the world when you really need to make money to live your life as an ordinary person!

My advice is: If you are young and you might have the chance to work like freelancer or part time, do it so. And in your free time follow your passion every day. I say:

The difference between successful passion followers and those who fail is in the time they spend following it. 

You have to last longer than your competitors and ideally the whole competition. Love it, live it, breathe it and follow your passion rationally. By rationally I mean - Make money somewhere to live from, and follow your passion in your free time. It might be exhausting at first, but you have to overcome it, get out of comfort zone and work hard. I believe this is the only way that makes you stand out and make living out of your passion. 

The reason so many people fail is they will never last long enough.

How can I find my passion | Inspiration about passion

How to follow your passion

First of all, I would suggest you are young adult wondering about:  " How do I find my career " or " How can I find my passion " or at least you have been thinking of it recently. If it sounds like you, then I have some good and bad news for you.

I've been researching and thinking a lot about passion and the whole term recently just like: How can I find my passion, whatever it means. How I find my career or anything about passion - the result I came to in my research are mostly sad and outstanding.

There is only very few people out there who really Follow their passion. Why is that?

Result number one: Can I find my passion?
Well, I might say that a lot of people I knew and I know found their passion only as an coincidence, or as a result of their childhood.A lot of them had (great and nice) childhood where they didn't have the reason to look for what are they good at or what to do when they grow up or leave the college.

Well some of them were lucky and their parents gave them soccer ball when they were little or volleyball. Roger Federer found his passion in age of 8. Mostly because of his parents. Well most of 8 year old kids have no idea what might be their passion.

I would suggest you to read an article Steve Jobs and his way of "finding passion" in the article Here. So the little result is, If you still don't know what is your passion, you might find it - but You have to have reason to find it. If you feel good and comfortably in your life then you have no reason to be "blessed" with your passion. Passion is something like a gift that you have to deserve!

Result number two: Don't just follow your passion
As a result of my wide research is also this cool video that Jane sent me few days ago to look and think about. Me personally in my life look (in the eyes of others) like a person that really follow passion. That's because I really know what my passion is! This TEDx video I have been exposed to, shows the fact that blind following of our passions is not enough! This is only for those who are born after 1983 called Generation Y. Nice (but little long) talk by Eunice Hii.


Conclusion
If you still don't know what might be your passion, don't worry. It might sound weird but If you are really worth it - then life will show you what it is. If you deserve it.

Have you lived like Steve Jobs ? Sleeping on floors or scrounging free meals? He deserved to know his passion. Admit that you have comfortable life and you just would like to be the best. Leave your comfort zone and you might find what are you good at.

Until you deserve it you're never going find it. Successful people and people in their 30's and 40's agreed that they had to work extremely hard to find their passion. And if you are now thinking that you deserve it then it might be just false feeling. Your parents were too kind to you. You don't deserve it yet.

If you know what's your passion, and you don't need to think of " How can I find my passion " but you have difficulties to follow it. Continue reading my article about How to follow your passion
